环境政策学位到底学什么

空气质量规则、生物多样性法、水权、决定任何东西能否开工的许可之争——环境政策是治理"社会如何使用自然"的宽域领域，气候只是其中声量最大的一章。这个方向的硕士训练你起草、评估和诉讼这些规则：它是应用于生态系统的法律与经济学。

课程内容与量化门槛

反复出现的核心是环境经济学、环境法与监管、政策分析——剑桥把法律、经济与方法设为必修，选修再放开到能源、城市规划与土地政策。发展口味的路线（LSE 的 Environment and Development）增加全球南方政治经济学；科学口味的增加地球系统课程。

量化门槛介于政策与经济学领域之间：微观经济学与统计是默认前提，计量是课上教而非入学要求。律师和自然科学家都能顺利进入；对每一方来说，功课都在课程的另一半。

申请策略与资助路线

剑桥的 MPhil 是奖学金申请者的安静之选：九个月、法律加经济学内核，而"土地经济系"这个地址让它躲开了大多数申请者的雷达——一条真正竞争更小的进剑桥路线。LSE 的一对按受众分工（监管版面向发达市场职业，环境与发展版面向全球南方职业）；牛津的项目偏研究。
