国际人权法学位到底学什么
条约机构、区域法院、实况调查团、策略性诉讼——国际人权法是所有人挂在嘴边的"权利"背后的法律机器。这个方向的 LLM 首先是法律学位：你学的是欧洲和美洲人权法院如何实际说理、联合国特别程序能做什么不能做什么、以及当被告是国家时如何立案。
这个领域的重心不在综合排名指向的地方。Essex 运营着欧洲最早的人权法 LLM，是从业者第一反应的名字；Geneva Academy——日内瓦大学与日内瓦高等研究院合办——统治着冲突法一端。牛津的学位也存在，但那是为在职从业者设计的两年制在职项目。三个机构，同一个领域名下三种完全不同的产品。
课程内容与入学门槛
核心覆盖国际与区域保护体系，选修从人道法、国际刑法延伸到工商业与人权、难民法。Essex 以实践浓厚的诊所文化配套 LLM；Geneva Academy 在离适用这些法律的机构一站电车的地方教冲突相关法。
这里没有量化门槛——这是我们指南中数学真正无关的罕见领域。门槛是法律的：多数 LLM 期待法律学位或同等职业经验，牛津的 MSc 更进一步，要求约三年人权法实务再来申请。
通向哪里
出口聚集在联合国人权系统（OHCHR、特别程序支持）、区域法院与委员会、国际 NGO（Amnesty、Human Rights Watch、ICJ）、人道组织的法律与保护部门，以及增长最快的一段——企业人权尽职调查：新的供应链立法创造出的合规需求已经超过 NGO 就业市场。学者母国的国家人权机构是奖学金资助的经典出口。

注意牛津那一行：在职、两年、为执业者设计——声望很高，但结构上在多数奖学金规则之外。这个领域的权威住在专门机构里（Essex、Geneva Academy）。

申请策略与资助路线
按执业方向选：Essex 主打完整保护体系与从业者网络，Geneva Academy 主打冲突与人道法，爱丁堡适合灵活的跨学科组合。牛津的在职 MSc 是完全不同的产品——边工作边读的中期职业资历，不是入行通道。
资助沿用我们反复遇到的形态规则：Essex 和爱丁堡的一年制 LLM 在 Chevening 规则之内，人权也是 Chevening 选择最多的领域之一。牛津的项目在 Chevening 面前双重失格——既是在职又是两年——"牛津的名字能解决资助问题"是每年都有人踩的坑。Geneva Academy 在瑞士，Chevening 不适用，但学院自设奖学金池，瑞士政府卓越奖学金则主要面向研究型学位。

常见问题
申请需要法律学位吗？
对 LLM 而言通常需要，或有同等法律实务经验。如果你来自新闻、行动或社会科学，去看人权 MA（政治口味）——同一个领域、另一扇门，欢迎非法律人。
人权法到底哪所学校最强？

Chevening 资助人权法 LLM 吗？
经常资助——Essex 和爱丁堡的一年制符合它 9–12 个月全日制的规则。牛津两年制在职 MSc 在两个维度上都不合格。
NGO 之外有就业市场吗？
越来越有，而且在企业侧：欧盟及各国新法创造的人权尽职调查与供应链合规岗位。联合国与 NGO 市场仍然小而拥挤；合规市场才是法律人权技能目前出清最快的地方。
