监测与评估学位到底学什么
每一个发展项目、每一笔拨款、每一项政策，最终都要面对那个问题——"到底管不管用？"——而监测与评估（M&E）正是严谨回答这个问题的专业：影响力评估、成效度量、为决策提供证据。它是整个发展行业里最稳定可就业的专业方向之一。
UEA 开设英国偏影响力评估风格的 MSc；Melbourne 开设专门的 Master of Evaluation；Saarland 是混合式学习的欧洲硕士；Stellenbosch 的 CREST 则是非洲领先的 M&E 项目。
课程内容与量化门槛
评估理论与设计、影响力评估方法（实验与准实验）、监测系统与成效框架，以及混合方法与质性评估。偏影响力评估的路线（UEA、Melbourne）带着实打实的量化负荷——统计和因果推断——而更宽泛的项目会用质性方法来平衡它。默认你能自如地和数据打交道。
